Last Thursday, in the 5000 block of Sam Houston Avenue wheels were stolen from a vehicle. A known suspect stole property in the 2800 block of Angier Road. In a case of criminal mischief property was damaged in the 100 block of I-45. In a burglary case, in the 2400 block of Montgomery Road, two suspects entered a residence and assaulted a person. In the 2200 block of Bobby K. Marks, an unknown person assaulted a person with a metal water bottle. In the 500 block of Normal Park, Julius Aminu was arrested for assault in family violence and resisting arrest. Angel Walker was arrested for criminal trespassing in the 2500 block of Sam Houston. Tyler McBride was arrested in the 3100 block of Montgomery Road on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence.
On Friday, a theft was investigated in the 2900 block of Angier Road. A known person allegedly assaulted a child in the 1900 block of Avenue M. Brandon Driver was arrested for theft in the 500 block of I-45 North.
On Saturday, an assault case was investigated in the 100 block of I-45 South. Suspected narcotics were found and turned into the police department in the 1300 block of Smither Drive.
On Sunday, a known person recklessly damaged a victim’s vehicle in the 400 block of State Highway 75 North. Ernesto Casas was arrested for assault in family violence in the 1600 block of I-45.
