Renovation is underway at Tailgators Pub & Grill at 15295 Highway 105, Suite 400, in Montgomery. Work should end by December 15th. The estimated cost is $1.2 million.
Renovation is planned for Walmart at 1407 No. Loop 336 West in Conroe. The timeline is April 21, 2024 through July 11th. The estimated cost is $990,000.
New construction of a Home Depot at the intersection of Lone Star Parkway and Buffalo Springs Drive in Montgomery is planned. The time line is from November 13th through September 30th. The cost estimate — $15 million.
New construction of Willis ISD Middle School Number 3 will take place at 7373 Longmire Road in Conroe. Their timeline is October 12 through June 3rd 2024 at an estimated cost of $63 million.
New construction of the Cookie Company at 19792 Highway 105 West, Suite 250, in Montgomery is underway through November 30th at an estimated cost of $64,000.
