Community Impact reports that, according to a February Facebook post, residents of Montgomery County’s Precinct 2 will get a chance to throw away their heavy trash March 7th and 8th during Commissioner Charlie Riley’s Heavy Trash Clean Up Day.
On March 7th from 8 to 5 and March 8th 8 to 3, residents are permitted to bring their heavy trash to 31245 Friendship Drive in Magnolia.
Some of the items that they’ll refuse to accept include: tires, batteries, ammunition or explosives, electronics, medical waste and radioactive materials.
There is a $10 disposal fee for every 5 gallons of paints, stains, solvents, pool or yard chemicals and other household items.
Only Precinct 2 residents are allowed to participate in the heavy trash clean-up event. For more information, call 832-971-2024.
