A new Public Storage is coming to 11901 FM 1097 in Willis with construction underway September 2025 through September 2027 with an estimated cost of $5.6 million.
The La Dolce Nail Spa is coming to 702 North Montgomery Street in Willis with construction underway this month through February 2026 at an estimated cost of $300,000.
A new Chuy’s will be under construction August 2025 through February 2026 at the intersection of I-45 and FM 1097 in Willis with an estimated cost of $1.75 million.
Woodforest Medical Office Center will be under construction September 2025 to September 2027 at 625 Regal Row in Montgomery at an estimated cost of $4.86 million.
Coming to Montgomery will be the new Church at Montgomery at CB Stewart Drive. It’ll be under construction from October 2025 through October 2026 at an estimated cost of $8.1 million.
A new AutoZone is coming to Conroe at 14545 Highway 105 West , Suite B. Construction was scheuled to get under way this month and be completed in November of 2025 at an estimated cost of $812,774
Kelsey-Seybold will begin construction of their facility in August with a completion date of November of 2025 at 11150 I-45 in Conroe at a cost of $24 million.
