The Courier of Montgomery County has passed along some activities going on this month.
Private Lives, the Noel Coward’s comedy, will be presented on stage through Sunday July 6th at the Owen Theatre with the Players Theatre Company. Tickets can be reserved at playerstheatrecompany.com.
The High Caliber Gun and Knife Show will be Saturday, June 28th 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday, June 29th from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Lone Star Convention Center. Everyone is invited to shop for the newest ammo, firearms, knives, coins and camouflage.

Tickets are available for the romantic comedy Wedding Singer. The stage production will be July 4th through the 20th at Crighton Theatre in Conroe. Performance times are 7:30 PM Fridays and Saturdays and 2 PM Sundays.
The Freedom Fest and Water Party in historic Downtown Montgomery will be Saturday, July 5th. There will be a parade, the Montgomery Community Band, KidZone, food vendors and crafters market.
And those interested can celebrate Independence Day weekend featuring a free lakeside concert and fireworks Saturday evening, July 5th at Margaritaville Lake Resort at Lake Conroe. Jazz connections begins the evening at 8PM. Free ticket reservations will be available online soon.
