The Conroe Independent School District Board of Trustees took a significant step forward in its leadership transition by unanimously approving the Superintendent Search Plan at its meeting Tuesday evening. This approval marks the official launch of the search process and authorizes superintendent search firm, Texans for Excellence in Education (TEE), to begin recruiting applicants for the District’s top leadership role.
Following initial input from all seven Trustees and senior district administrators, a preliminary Candidate Profile and Search Timeline has been established. These resources will continue to evolve as TEE conducts four in-person community forums and distributes surveys to students, families, staff, and community members. Information about these engagement opportunities will be shared with the public later this month.
