The Conroe ISD Board of Trustees voted 5-2 to select Texans for Excellence in Education (TEE) to initiate the District’s superintendent search, after hearing presentations from six firms at a special board meeting Thursday.
The motion approved the administration to enter into negotiation with TEE, the top-ranked firm after ratings were tabulated, followed by runner-up Walsh Gallegos Kyle Robinson & Roalson P.C. should an agreement not be met. The negotiations will continue following the Board’s ratings, if necessary.
TEE Executive Search is designed to align with the values and vision of Texas school boards when selecting superintendents, cabinet, central office, and other administrative positions. As a 501(c) (3) non-profit, TEE prioritizes student outcomes over financial gain.
