The Courier of Montgomery County reports that the spring concert of the Conroe Symphony Orchestra is ahead this weekend. The concert features internationally acclaimed Broadway star Sal Viviano in the Best of Broadway.
The performance will take place at 2:30 PM April 26th at First Methodist Conroe.
Viviano has been in Broadway performances in Falsettos, City of Angels, The Full Monty, Romance/Romance and The Life. He’s performed with over 250 symphony orchestras worldwide.
Conroe Symphony Orchestra’s Gary Liebst will be the conductor. The greatest hits of Broadway will be featured.
Liebst said, “The concert will include music from Rodgers and Hammerstein, Lerner and Loewe, Merrill and Styne, Bock and Harnick, Frank Loesser and Schonberg and Bourbil, among others.
