The Courier of Montgomery County passes along that there are several fun events ahead for Conroe.
“Tuck Everlasting, the Musical” will be presented by the Players Theatre Company weekends March 14 through Sunday, the 30th. For ticket info go to PlayersTheatreCompany.com.
“Donny Edwards as the King” will be performed over at the Crighton Theatre for only one night, Saturday, March 15th. Tickets are available at Crighton.Theatre.org.
Isaac Conroe Founder’s Day will be celebrated March 15th at 2 PM at his original homestead at 202 Avenue A in Conroe. The Citizen of the Year will be awarded. Peyton Riley, an award-winning singer songwriter will sing the National Anthem. On hand will be local, state and federal elected officials.
Certified Master Gardener Katherine Persson will pass along information about landscaping with native plants on March 15th at 1 PM at the Heritage Museum of Montgomery County. Reserve seating at 936-539-6873.
