Sam Houston State University and Crisis Response Leader Training (CRLT), Inc., are proud to announce a groundbreaking partnership to strengthen safety and security education for future educators and administrators. Beginning in January 2025, the Leadership for Safe Schools Training Series will provide specialized, evidence-based training through SHSU’s Center for Assessment, Research, and Educational Safety.
This innovative series equips educators and administrators with critical skills to address safety challenges in schools. CRLT will provide its advanced 3D simulation platform, The Incident, along with scenario-based lesson content tailored for education professionals. The program incorporates holistic tabletop exercises to simulate real-life emergencies, enabling collaboration among schools, first responders and community members.
