The Courier of Montgomery County reports that a developer and owner of upscale rental house neighborhoods in Arizona, Christopher Todd Capital, has come to Texas with the purchase of a community that was recently completed in Conroe.
The company purchased a 314-home build-to-rent community called Cottage Green. It’s located at 15770 Old Conroe Road just north of The Woodlands. The acquisition marks the company’s expansion beyond Arizona.
The amenities of Cottage Green offer a walking path, two lakes, swimming pool, lakeside beach club with grilling area, outdoor fire pits, a clubhouse and more.
The community offers rents from $1,400 to $2,350 in one-, two-, and three bedroom single story homes. Two-bedroom townhomes will also be available.
