The Courier of Montgomery County reports that after about a year of construction, the 24,000 square foot expansion of the Lone Star Family Health Center Conroe branch is close to completion.
With an expected opening later in 2024 or early 2025, the expansion will add to the current building at 605 South Conroe.
The new facility will offer another clinical pod for the center and allow 3,000 more patients to be taken care of.
Marketing and Communications Manager for the center, Courtney Galle, said the expansion will allow for “medical exam rooms, a dedicated mental health suite and an expanded patient intake area.”
