At this week’s regular session of the Huntsville City Council, councilmembers considered adopting an ordinance, the Fourth Supplemental Ordinance to the Master Ordinance Establishing the City of Huntsville, Texas Utility System Revenue Financing Program to authorize the City’s Water and wastewater System Revenue Bonds, Series 2026 in an expected amount of approximately $37,535,000.
The city’s financial advisor with Hilltop Securities Marti Shew handed out a booklet and addressed the council on the matter . . . .

Also, for federal land below the city’s largest treatment plant, the city agreed to pay the U.S. Forest Service $252,538.
