In Huntsville Police news, looking back over the past several days:
Last Thursday, in a case of deadly conduct, a known suspect discharged a firearm in the direction of a residence in the 100 block of Westridge Drive. In the 3000 block of State Highway 30 West, a known suspect assaulted an elderly victim. In the 2800 block of Lake Road, a known suspect threatened a victim. In the 600 block of I-45 North, a known suspect attempted to falsify a drug test. In the 200 block of FM 980, a known suspect endangered children. A firearm was reported missing in the 800 block of Sprott Street. A juvenile was arrested in the 900 block of Oak Drive for causing bodily injury to a family member. In the 2200 block of Robinson Way, Ryan Bui was arrested for criminal trespass, public intoxication and failure to ID. In the 100 block of I-45, Charles Harmon was arrested for possession of marijuana and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
On Friday, a possibly known suspect sexually assaulted a person in the 1900 block of Avenue M. In the 200 block of I-45 South, Da’Marcus Gable was arrested for organized retail theft and failure to identify fictitious info. Also, at the same address two known juveniles were arrested for organized retail theft.I
On Saturday, in a case of criminal mischief an unknown suspect damaged a person’s property in the 400 block of Brushback Drive. Property was stolen in a vehicle burglary in the 100 block of I-45 South. In a domestic case, in the 1200 block of Josey Street, a known suspect assaulted a person while displaying a deadly weapon. In the 2500 block of Avenue M, possibly known suspects took a firearm from a person without consent.
