Community Impact reports that according to a November 17th news release, homebuilding company David Weekly Homes now has homes for sale in the single-family community Two Step Farm.
Located north of FM 1488 in Montgomery County, Two Step Farm is a 2,000-acre master-planned community.
Across three sections of homes on 35-, 42- and 50 foot homesites, there are 26 floor plans. Ranging from 1,370 square feet to 3,370 square feet, the homes will be priced from the low $300,000s.
Weekly Homes offers two to four bedrooms, two to four full baths and two- to four-car garages in one and two story homes.
Zoned to the Montgomery ISD, amenities include a dance hall that features live music, gatherings and events. They’ll have a children’s play area, a community co-op and a future swimming pool.
