In Huntsville Police news, looking back over the past several days:
On Saturday, in the 1200 block of Josey Street an unknown person assaulted a person and displayed a firearm. In the 1300 block of Smither Drive, a known suspect published intimate visual material. In the 200 block of State Highway 75 North, Kodjo Sodji was arrested for evading in a vehicle. In the 2200 block of Sam Houston Avenue, Joe Kelly Nance was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest.
On Sunday, in the 1500 block of Sam Houston Avenue, an unknown suspect attempted an aggravated robbery. In the 1400 block of Sam Houston Avenue, an unknown suspect made threats of injuring victims. In the 1500 block of 11th Street, Alexis Diaz was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. In the 300 block of Highway 75 North, Logan Ferguson was arrested for assault of a family member—impeding breath. In the 500 block of FM 2821 West, Eddie Mason was arrested for an HPD warrant for aggravated assault.
On Monday, at State Highway 75 North and Pine Shadows, a vehicle struck a parked HPD motorcycle. A known suspect sexually assaulted a person in the 200 block of State Highway 75 North. Property was reported stolen in the 2500 block of Sam Houston Avenue. A vehicle burglary was investigated in the 3700 block of Boettcher Drive. A known suspect assaulted a person in the 2600 block of El Toro. In the 1100 block of Lakeside Drive, Derek LeBlanc was arrested on a PD warrant for theft and on a bond surrender warrant. At 11th Street and University Avenue, Mickey Lynn Hansen was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, prohibited substance in a correctional facility, theft of a firearm, possession of a dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. At Highway 75 South and Highway 19, Derrick Paul Perry was arrested for possession of a dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. At the same address, Shawn Adam White was arrested on an HPD warrant for theft with previous convictions. In the 1600 block of Sycamore Avenue, Dominic Matthew Vidal was arrested for unlawful carrying of a weapon, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
