At the last Huntsville City Council session the city considered entering into an agreement with Stuart Consultants and to amend Task Order 1, not to exceed $200,000 to assist with FEMA. The city’s agenda backup under the “Discussion” heading says “As we continue to work through the FEMA DR-4781 project, we need continued assistance with disaster recovery services under the Federal Emergency Management Agency –Public Assistance Grant.”
