As the annual ranking announcement season progresses, Sam Houston State University is celebrating more glowing reviews of the university’s programs and efforts. The latest rankings, released by U.S. News & World Report, demonstrate the university’s efforts to improve affordability and upward mobility for students.
Among the rankings, SHSU ranked:
#14 in Best Value for In-state Students
#19 in Top Performers on Social Mobility
#20 in Best Value Schools
#20 in College for Veterans
#25 in Top Public Schools
As with all of the university’s programming and curriculum, the business, psychology, nursing and computer science programs have all seen recent innovations in their offerings to students.
