At the last regular meeting of the Huntsville ISD Board of Trustees, as part of HISD’s mandatory House Bill 3 progress report, the Director of Accountability and Assessments, Amy Turner, from the district’s Teaching and Learning Department presented the analytical results for students in kindergarten through third grade.
Texas school districts, under House Bill 3, are required to set forth and monitor goals for early-childhood literacy and mathematics.
Ms. Turner announced the overall Take Aways from the assessment.
