In Huntsville Police news, looking back over the past several days:
Last Thursday, in the 1900 block of Normal Park Drive a known suspect threatened another person with bodily injury. In the 200 block of Hickory Drive a known suspect assaulted a victim. A known suspect stole cash from an employer in the 200 block of I-45 North. In the 100 block of Colonel Etheredge Boulevard, in a case of criminal mischief, an unknown suspect caused damage to a vehicle. A warrant was served for Jai’keese Barnes who was arrested in the 600 block of FM 2821 for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. Kadarius Major was arrested on a warrant for 4 felonies and 1 misdemeanor in the 400 block of Palm Street. In the 100 block of I-45 South, Waco Krase was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, unlawful carrying of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. In the 900 block of MLK, Dashawn Daniel was arrested for unlawful carrying of a weapon.
On Friday, a known suspect interfered with child custody in the 200 block of Wanza. A known suspect shot a person in the 1200 block of Josey Street. In the 500 block of FM 2821, Jai’Keese Barns was arrested for an HPD warrant for deadly conduct in discharging a firearm. In the 300 block of MLK, Amarion Allen was arrested for possession of a prohibited weapon—a machine gun.
On Saturday, an assault case was investigated in the 3000 block of Old Colony Road. In the 600 block of FM 2821 West, Jai’keese Barnes was arrested for tampering or fabricating physical evidence. In the 200 block of I-45 South, Chelsea Willis and Shawn Ennis were arrested for theft. In the 200 block of I-45 South, Audrey Lynn Oates and Kristen Lane Kukua were cited and released for theft.
On Sunday, there were two assault cases investigated iin the 2400 block of Montgomery Road. A possibly known suspect assaulted a victim by indecent groping in the 100 block of Essex Boulevard. A vehicle was reported stolen in the 2300 block of Sam Houston Avenue. A person was assaulted in the 900 block of Avenue J.
